1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the service has not been initiated or no work has been allocated.
  • For services already in progress, cancellations will not be possible.
  • If you have subscribed to any monthly/recurring service, you may cancel future renewals by providing at least 7 days’ prior written notice before the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be considered only if the service has not been delivered as promised or due to technical issues from our end.
  • No refunds will be entertained once the project deliverables, reports, or milestones have been approved by the client.
  • Customized digital services such as SEO, Website Development, Paid Campaigns, or Content Writing are non-refundable, as they involve resources and time allocation.
  • If applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

3. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be provided for trial services, discounted offers, or promotional packages.
  • Domain name registration, hosting services, and third-party tools purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.
  • Delay in client communication, feedback, or content submission does not qualify for a refund.
